Heimir Gestur Valdimarsson b.86 is a director of photography from Iceland.
Currently based in Poland.

Heimir has shot various short films and music videos which have won
awards at Reykjavík International film festival and The Icelandic
Music Awards.

He studied cinematography at FAMU in Czechia, where he shot extensively on film
and his graduation film won the main prize at Örvarpið Film Festival.

Heimir has a musical background playing post punk in various bands,
he is still associated with projects writing and playing.

Currently he’s finishing his masters in The National Film School In Łódź.
